Listening to a radio program (Erwin Lutzer, Running to Win) and the preacher is talking about how when the waitress would ask if they could get them anything after they had taken their drink order he would tell them that they were getting ready to pray, was there anything they could pray for them?
He mentioned that if you are praying for someone already, go ahead and ask them if there is something they would like you to pray for - something that would help them even more.
Why have I not thought of this?!? I pray for my children and my grandchildren and my sisters and brothers and the rest of my family and friends . . . why haven't I thought of just asking them what they needed prayer for?
