I try not to give into fads but three days ago I began taking a fish oil supplement. My doctor said they think it helps lower triglycerides. I'll try them for three months and see how it works out. That's when I have to go back for re-testing.
A huge pet peeve of mine . . . listening to people talk about how busy they are. Who do they think they are kidding? If these same people would cut out their tv time - how much time would be freed up in their lives? I just hope these same people enjoy re-hashing their tv shows when they are old. Because they aren't going to have anything else to think about.
Where do I find interesting people? People who are interested in more than their own living room?!?
